James "Luke" Millican

Commercial, Investment Exchange Broker since 1976.  Numerous awards, including Exchange broker of 1977, Member of CID for 30 years, charter member of CCIM Chapter 40 of MAC Club in Portland, OR.  Became Mortgage Broker in 1978.

Subjects of education and teaching include over 2500 classroom hours in Commercial Investment & Exchange Counseling.  Instructor of 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges since 1979.  Experience in Multi-family Sales, Marketing, and Exchange funding, funding Multi-Units, Commercial Industrial, and Exchange Funding Solutions.

Luke retired from the real estate and mortgage business for about 2 years, and missed it so much he came back.  He has an ongoing love affair with real estate and investments.
